Guardian Program
We should want - DEMAND - better for our dogs. And that means advocating for the breeding of better dogs. Dogs that can live long and happy lives. Responsible rescue will always be necessary, but if we continue to vilify and discourage responsible breeding we simply won't have any healthy dogs left to enjoy. I need guardians who fully support my mission to bring healthier and better-bred dogs into our community. Dogs that have had full health testing and are unaffected by the many health conditions common in the poodle breed.

How do I become a Guardian?
We take our selection of Guardian Homes very seriously. This is a huge leap of faith and trust. The process starts with the completion of an application. Following the application, we will have a phone interview. If both parties feel this is a good fit, I will sit you a copy of the contract to review. We will then schedule a meeting, where we will get to know each other and you can meet the guardian dog. Sometimes a follow-up meeting will be determined necessary.
What dogs are chosen for Guardianship?
We only select pick of the litter puppies (that we've either bred or purchased) to become potential guardian prospects. These puppies are the cream of the crop. They will come from fully health tested parents, have demonstrated the BEST temperaments and be well suited structurally for our program. This means that most years only 1-2 puppies will be available on a guardian basis.
